R&H Photography started in 2023 out of the sheer will and urge to capture the nightlife around the DMV. Our business has always had a clear focus on capturing pivotal moments. While we began by handling events and portraits around the DMV area, our unique specialization quickly emerged in government and corporate event photography. We've become a trusted partner for capturing the energy and detail of Gov-con, CMS and Tech Conventions as well as understanding the specific needs and high stakes involved in these gatherings.

Ryan Gattis
I graduated from Towson University in 2023 with a degree in Sociology, and at the time, I was also growing my photography skills. During college, I got into drone photography as well as capturing the nightlife in Baltimore. Soon thereafter, I got my FAA drone license and since then, I've used my drone for meaningful work. My work has been published in Scientific studies as well as news articles. I love how drone photography lets me see things from a totally new perspective.
Hunter Dobson
I graduated Towson in 2024 with a Bachelors in Photography with a minor in Museum studies. Since high school, I have always been interested in photography. While in college, I started volunteering at a local bar in Baltimore, capturing the nightlife and events they held. In 2023, I co-founded R&H Photography with my fiancé and have been capturing numerous events including Gov-Con events and other local events. My work has been in shows and galleries across the DMV region and continues to be a pivotal part of my life.
